Once you have decided on your property and it has been secured then the following fees and deposit become payable.

The following fees and deposit apply:

• Referencing Charge of £85 plus VAT per person ( non-refundable )
• Security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent plus £200. This will be held by Littlejohns and returned to you at the end of the tenancy provided that all is satisfactory with the property.
• The deposit is not used to cover your rent
